About Us

Hello, I’m Seog Hyeon Song, Managing Director of SAMSUNG E&A India.

Our India office was established in 2006 in New Delhi as part of the company’s global operations strategy to secure differentiated engineering capabilities. Since then, we have actively supported project execution capabilities by collaborating with the Seoul office and participating in design work across various projects.

Under the slogan “Establishing Base Camp to Complete Company Core Tasks,” we have been striving to build core competencies and technical expertise. In 2024, we opened a second office in Mumbai as per our mid- to long-term strategy to expand project execution capacity. Following this strategy, we are working to secure specialized talent not only in engineering, but also in project management, procurement, construction, solutions, commissioning, and contracts.

In addition, we operate our own CSR team, contributing to the local community through initiatives such as donating stationery and books, volunteering for the elderly, and organizing clothing drives.

Going forward, SAMSUNG E&A India will do its utmost to realize the company’s vision of “Creating a Better Future with Advanced Technology” and continue to serve as a forward base for global competition—driving technological innovation, securing top talent, and strengthening global collaboration.

Anshuldeep Ruhela

Engineering

Hello, my name is Anshuldeep Ruhela. I joined SAMSUNG E&A India as a new employee in 2022 and currently work as a process engineer.

One of SAMSUNG E&A’s the greatest strengths is the freedom to propose and implement ideas. Innovative ideas are encouraged without restriction, and we’re given opportunities to bring those ideas to life through actual project work.

Another key strength of SAMSUNG E&A’s organizational culture is its teamwork. Teamwork plays a vital role in project execution and directly contributes to delivering the highest quality outcomes.

The company’s design innovation system, EDP, was a new concept for engineers at the India office. However, applying this new system in actual work and implementing it into our projects led to positive changes across the entire design workflow.

As part of the engineering team at the India office, we explored new ways to solve challenges. Through this meaningful mission, I was able to gain a deep sense of accomplishment.

Malvika Srivastava

Engineering

Hello, I’m Malvika Srivastava, and I work in the Engineering Innovation Department at SAMSUNG E&A.

I joined SAMSUNG E&A because I wanted to gain hands-on experience with EPC projects in the hydrocarbon field, and I’ve always been interested in innovation and the global drive for energy transition.

For those seeking professional growth and career development, SAMSUNG E&A is an excellent choice. Employee performance is evaluated fairly, which serves as a source of motivation. Team members communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure project success. I’m often inspired by the creative ideas and passion shown by employees through the company’s internal Innovation Idea Contest.

My role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and managing interfaces. While it can be challenging to bring together diverse perspectives into a unified and rational direction, it’s also one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Looking ahead, I hope to contribute as much as I can to strengthening our project competitiveness as the company continues to expand into green energy projects and focus more deeply on innovation.

Tridibesh Indu

Engineering

Hello, I’m Tridibesh Indu, one of the founding members of SAMSUNG E&A India and currently working as a Global Expert in the Civil & Architectural Engineering Team.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience through various projects, but one that stands out is the Kelar CCPP project in Chile. The project faced a tight schedule and was also located in a high seismic risk zone, requiring strict compliance with seismic design standards. Every design element had to be reviewed and approved by an independent seismic reviewer, and balancing those technical requirements while meeting the deadline was a major challenge.

With the experience I’ve built over time, I now serve as a core member of the Civil & Architectural Engineering Team—fostering collaboration, mentoring new employees, and contributing to an open and inclusive team culture.

Recently, I’ve been focusing on adapting to new technologies and smart work processes in this new era. I hope these efforts will help our company grow into a top-tier engineering firm in the industry, and I look forward to continuing to take on new challenges myself.
